Don’t hold the glass for so long!

Everyday, we are faced with challenges, which could help us grow, help us refine us. When stress, anger and other negatives feelings creeps, it could make the things quite impossible, it makes us even paralyzed preventing from us doing the things that should be done. If you try to hold a glass of water, the weight of the glass doesn’t matter, if you hold it for a minute nothing happens, if you hold it for an hour your arm begin to ache, if you hold it for all day along, your arm will be paralyzed. The weight of the glass doesn’t matter, but longer you hold it, heavier it becomes, stress, anger and negative feelings in your life work just like that. If you start thinking about it for a shorter time it could be a slight problem, if you start to worry about it little longer, it hurts. If you think all day long, you will feel paralyzed and incapable of doing anything.

Always remember to put the glass down.. Think about your life, the previous years, nothing stayed for so long. The most terrific situation you had to face ended by now, or you are in the process of stepping out. Whether it’s illness, a death of a person, a financial crisis, a huge health issue or anything else in that nature, they are not going to stay so long. Tough times will pass for sure. So, would there be any reason to hold onto your stress, anger and any other negative emotions knowing it burns yourself out?
