OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESULTS (OKRs): Objectives and Key Results is a goal setting framework to help you define your objectives and key results for your product , team or any other engagement. After working with many teams, we strongly recommend that you strategize and plan your team outcomes and product using OKRs carefully. In defining objectives, use SMART model and for each objectives, identify tangible key results. The teams that have very specific challenging goals with very clear key results tend to outperform among the rest. Good luck!
